Daniele Calabrese
Daniele Calabrese, Founder and CEO
Daniele is the former Communications Officer with the Development Communications Division of the World Bank, where he focused on wireless technology, infrastructure, telecom, energy, public sector reform and climate change. During his tenure Daniele initiated the First World Congress on Communication for Development, and spearheaded numerous international communications efforts involving the uptake of mobile technologies. He holds an MA in International Affairs from George Washington University and a Political Science degree from Istituto Universitario Orientale in Naples, Italy.
Ken Manning
Ken Manning, COO
Ken has more than 15 years of experience in new media. He is the founder of betterPropaganda, a leading music discovery site representing more than 600 major and indie labels. From 1996-2000 Ken helped to build the profitable SF/Silicon Valley office of design agency Razorfish, leading operations on large-scale projects for Sega, Cisco, Intel and others. He played a key role in the early development of eMachines, Acer Online, eBay, Jack Valenti’s Global Fund, and the digital field efforts of the World Health Organization. Ken is also the former CEO of the music and entertainment portal SCAPE, a Village Roadshow venture where he developed the company's brand and product strategies while attracting major sponsors. He has an MBA from Rensselaer (RPI), having previously studied history and philosophy at Marquette University and health sciences at Columbia University.
Philip McAllister
Philip McAllister, Lead Software Engineer
Philip was a paid coder at his first Internet startup when he was still in high school in the mid-90s. He is currently the Principal Computer Scientist and partner at Radiant Interactive and betterPropaganda. He was previously a computer scientist at the Naval Research Lab in Washington DC, creating mobile visualization tools used in the field by the US Navy. He has a BS, Computer Science from the University of Tulsa.
David Porter
David Porter, CFO
David is the founder of the Webby-nominated 8tracks, lauded by Om Malik, Thrillist, and others as the best playlist site on the web. Until June 2006, he helped lead the Internet radio network Live365, overseeing non-technical operations and achieving profitability for the company in November 2005. Prior to this he spent 5 years at Arthur Andersen. David has an MBA from U.C. Berkeley and a BS in Accounting from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Dina Hellerstein

During her long career in the entertainment world, Dina acted as legal and content partnership advisor to MySpace Music, Yahoo!, LionsGate, Veoh and Howcast. As former VP and Assoc. General Counsel at Yahoo!, she orchestrated and implemented various music and copyright policies. Previously, Dina was inhouse legal counsel with EMI Music, and worked at the leading law firm Paul, Weiss, et al. She earned her JD from Columbia University and a BA and BSE from the University of Pennsylvania.

Greg is a writer, illustrator, and fine artist specializing in new media narrative. As a contractor for Gametank Inc., Greg worked on the visual and narrative development of a musical instrument-based PC game since sold to Ubisoft and currently in development for console release. Greg is also a co-founder of goodluckbadluck.net, and the principal creator of it's the way i disappeared above and below, a work of audiovisual fiction recently featured on San Francisco's Pirate Cat Radio. He has a BA in English from George Washington University.
